California High School Volleyball - San Marcos tips Scripps Ranch
September 30, 2023: San Diego, CA 92131 San Marcos Knights (San Marcos, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Scripps Ranch Falcons (San Diego, CA), 1-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Knights clash with the Otay Ranch Mustangs (Chula Vista, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 30. San Marcos will attempt to advance on its 16-5 season record. The Mustangs come into the match with a 15-1 record after their 2-0 league win over Mater Dei Catholic (Chula Vista, CA).
With the loss, Scripps Ranch drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Falcons host Coronado (Coronado, CA) to clash with the Islanders in a match on Tuesday, October 3. The Islanders come into the match with a record of 0-5.
