September 30, 2023: Fairmont, WV 26554 In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Fairmont Senior Polar Bears soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Charleston Catholic Irish.
The Polar Bears (12-3) will now prepare for their battle against North Marion (Farmington, WV). The Huskies come into the Big Ten battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, North Marion was nudged by Berkeley Springs (Berkeley Springs, WV), 5-1, in a non-league battle.
