Ohio High School Soccer - Chillicothe knocks off Licking Heights
September 30, 2023: Chillicothe, OH 45601 Chillicothe Cavaliers (Chillicothe, OH) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Licking Heights Hornets (Pataskala, OH), 6-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cavaliers confront the Hillsboro Indians (Hillsboro, OH) in a Frontier Athletic challenge, on Tuesday, October 3. Chillicothe will attempt to better on its 9-2 season record. The Indians enter the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 2-2 non-league Lynchburg-Clay (Lynchburg, OH).
The Hornets now have a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they host Granville for a Licking County challenge on Wednesday, October 4. Licking Heights will confront a Blue Aces team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Dublin Coffman (Dublin, OH). The Blue Aces record now stands at 7-5.
