Missouri High School Softball - Centralia bounces Kirksville
September 30, 2023: Kirksville, MO 63501 The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Centralia Panthers (Centralia, MO) and the host Kirksville Tigers (Kirksville, MO), saw Centralia's softball squad achieve victory over Kirksville by a count of 15-7.
The Panthers now sport a 15-7 record. They take the field next when they host North Callaway for a non-league match on Monday, October 2. Centralia will face a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Smith-Cotton (Sedalia, MO). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 14-13.
With the loss, Kirksville falls to 13-9 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Hannibal (Hannibal, MO) to face the Pirates in a non-league match on Tuesday, October 3. The Pirates enter the match with a record of 2-15. Hannibal lost 18-0 in their recent non-league match against Hallsville (Hallsville, MO)
