September 30, 2023: Blaine, MN 55434 Blaine Bengals (Blaine, MN) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Johnson Governors (St. Paul, MN), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Bengals battle the Academy of Holy Angels Stars (Richfield, MN) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 30. Blaine will attempt to advance on its 4-13 season record. The Stars come into the match with a 10-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Columbia Heights (Columbia Heights, MN).
With the loss, Johnson drops to 3-12 on the campaign. The Governors host Mahtomedi (Mahtomedi, MN) to battle the Zephyrs in a non-league match on Saturday, September 30. The Zephyrs come into the match with a record of 7-7. Mahtomedi won 3-0 in their recent league match against Simley (Inver Grove Heights, MN)
