South Dakota High School Volleyball - Brookings crushed by Marshall
September 30, 2023: Brookings, SD 57006 The Marshall Tigers topped the host Brookings Bobcats volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Tigers now have a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Windom for a Big South - West test on Thursday, October 5. Marshall will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Westbrook-Walnut Grove (Westbrook, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 9-4.
The Bobcats (9-10) will now prepare for their test against Jefferson (Sioux Falls, SD). The Cavaliers enter the AA District 1 test with a 10-1 record. In their last test, Jefferson was knocked off by Harrisburg (Harrisburg, SD), 3-2, in a league test.
