The Chippewa Falls Cardinals volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting McDonell Central Macks to 0 in the Cardinals non-league victory on Saturday.

The Cardinals now have a 28-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Richmond for a Big Rivers game on Thursday, October 5. Chippewa Falls will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Hastings (Hastings, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 10-17.

The Macks (33-5) will now prepare for their game against Cadott (Cadott, WI). The Hornets enter the Cloverbelt - West game with a 18-11 record. In their last game, Cadott dropped by New Richmond (New Richmond, WI), 2-0, in a non-league game.
