In Saturday's non-league contest, the Riverdale Ridge Ravens (Thornton, CO) volleyball squad knocked off the host Lyons Lions (Lyons, CO), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Ravens battle the Frederick Golden Eagles (Frederick, CO) in a 4A/3A Longs Peak contest, on Tuesday, October 3. Riverdale Ridge will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the contest with a 6-8 record after their 3-0 league win over Mountain View (Loveland, CO).
