September 30, 2023: Marshall, MI 49068 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Marshall Redhawks (Marshall, MI) and the visiting Traverse City Central Trojans (Traverse City, MI), saw Marshall's volleyball squad beat Traverse City Central by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Marshall upgrades its record to 7-6 on the year. The Redhawks travel to Kalamazoo Christian (Kalamazoo, MI) to play the Comets in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 30. The Comets go into the bout with a record of 12-2. Kalamazoo Christian won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Fennville (Fennville, MI)
The Trojans now own a 24-6 record. They play next when they host Cadillac for a Big North bout on Wednesday, October 4. Traverse City Central will play a Vikings squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Alpena (Alpena, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 22-3.
