The Stamford Black Knights volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Weston Trojans to 1 in the Black Knights non-league victory on Saturday.

The Black Knights now have a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Darien for a Fairfield County game on Monday, October 2. Stamford will confront a Blue Wave team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Southington (Southington, CT). The Blue Wave record now stands at 7-0.

The Trojans (4-6) will now prepare for their game against New Fairfield (New Fairfield, CT). The Rebels enter the Southwest-Colonial game with a 3-6 record. In their last game, New Fairfield gained a win over Bunnell (Stratford, CT), 3-2, in a league game.
