Maryland High School Football - Arundel thwarted by Northeast
September 30, 2024: Pasadena, MD 21122 Northeast Eagles (Pasadena, MD) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Arundel Wildcats (Gambrills, MD), 36-14 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Northeast improves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to South River (Edgewater, MD) to play the Seahawks in a non-league battle on Friday, October 4. The Seahawks go into the battle with a record of 1-5. South River lost 26-13 in their recent non-league battle against Annapolis (Annapolis, MD)
The Wildcats now have a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Chesapeake for a non-league battle on Friday, October 4. Arundel will play a Cougars team coming off a 29-12 non-league win over Severna Park (Severna Park, MD). The Cougars record now stands at 5-0.
