Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Center Grove Trojans (Greenwood, IN) and the visiting Jennings County Panthers (North Vernon, IN), observed Center Grove's volleyball team top Jennings County by a count of 3-1.

The Trojans (19-5) will now prepare for their contest against Franklin Community (Franklin, IN). The Grizzly Cubs enter the non-league contest with a 21-1 record. In their last contest, Franklin Community notched a victory over Plainfield (Plainfield, IN), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Panthers battle the Madison Cubs (Madison, IN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 1. Jennings County will attempt to move on its 19-6 season record. The Cubs enter the contest with a 12-13 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Lawrenceburg (Lawrenceburg, IN).
