Iowa High School Volleyball - Oelwein tips East Buchanan
September 30, 2024: Oelwein, IA 50662 In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Oelwein Huskies volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the East Buchanan Buccaneers.
The Huskies (9-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Gladbrook-Reinbeck (Reinbeck, IA). The Rebels come into the non-league challenge with a 12-10 record. In their last challenge, Gladbrook-Reinbeck was nudged by Grundy Center (Grundy Center, IA), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Buccaneers play the Springville Orioles (Springville, IA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. East Buchanan will attempt to upgrade on its 7-14 season record. The Orioles come into the challenge with a 14-7 record after their 2-1 league win over Edgewood-Colesburg (Edgewood, IA).
