New York High School Volleyball - Gates Chili tips Midlakes
September 30, 2024: Rochester, NY 14624 In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Gates Chili Spartans volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Midlakes Screaming Eagles.
The Spartans (3-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Brighton (Rochester, NY). The Bruins come into the Section 5 Monroe County II challenge with a 12-3 record. In their last challenge, Brighton was nudged by St. Mary's (Lancaster, NY), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Screaming Eagles meet the Wayne Eagles (Ontario Center, NY) in a Section 5 Finger Lakes - East challenge, on Wednesday, October 2. Midlakes will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 5-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over School of the Arts (Rochester, NY).
