September 30, 2024: Geneva, AL 36340 Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Geneva Panthers (Geneva, AL) and the visiting New Brockton Gamecocks (New Brockton, AL), observed Geneva's volleyball team top New Brockton by a count of 2-0.
The Panthers (19-2) will now prepare for their contest against Ashford (Ashford, AL). The Yellowjackets enter the 4A Area 3 contest with a 6-6 record.
Next, the Gamecocks battle the Zion Chapel Rebels (Jack, AL) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 3. New Brockton will attempt to move on its 3-10 season record. The Rebels enter the contest with a 3-17 record after their 3-0 league loss to Pike Liberal Arts (Troy, AL).
