New Jersey High School Soccer - Woodstown knocks off Pitman
September 30, 2025: Pitman, NJ 08071 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Woodstown Wolverines (Woodstown, NJ) and the host Pitman Panthers (Pitman, NJ), saw Woodstown's soccer squad prevail over Pitman by a count of 4-0.
The Wolverines (6-1) will now prepare for their battle against Glassboro (Glassboro, NJ). The Bulldogs enter the Tri-County - Diamond match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Glassboro nipped Salem (Salem, NJ), 8-1, in a non-league match.
The Panthers now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Salem County Vo-Tech for a non-league match on Thursday, October 2. Pitman will meet a team coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Pennsville Memorial (Pennsville, NJ). The record now stands at 0-5.
