The Riverton Silverwolves soccer squad scored 8 points and held the host Salt Lake Academy Griffins to 3 in the Silverwolves league victory on Tuesday.

The Silverwolves now hold a 9-7 record. They play next when they host Bingham for a 6A Region 2 bout on Thursday, October 2. Riverton will play a Miners squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Cedar Valley (Eagle Mountain, UT). The Miners record now stands at 5-11.
