New York High School Soccer - Chenango Forks nudged by Susquehanna Valley
September 30, 2025: Conklin, NY 13748 The Susquehanna Valley Sabers held off the visiting Chenango Forks Blue Devils soccer team by a tally of 3-2 in Tuesday's league game.
Next, the Sabers face the Norwich Purple Tornado (Norwich, NY) in a Southern Tier Athletic Conference (STAC) bout, on Thursday, October 2. Susquehanna Valley will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Purple Tornado go into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 8-2 league loss to Seton Catholic Central (Binghamton, NY).
With the defeat, Chenango Forks drops to 3-3 on the season. The Blue devils travel to Marcellus (Marcellus, NY) to face the Mustangs in a non-league contest on Saturday, October 4. The Mustangs enter the contest with a record of 5-6. Marcellus lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Westhill (Syracuse, NY)
