The Lakota West Firebirds tipped the visiting Roger Bacon Spartans volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Firebirds confront the Princeton Vikings (Cincinnati, OH) in a Greater Miami bout, on Thursday, October 2. Lakota West will attempt to better on its 12-5 season record. The Vikings come into the bout with a 6-10 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Williamsburg (Williamsburg, OH).

With the loss, Roger Bacon drops to 7-12 on the campaign. The Spartans host Summit Country Day (Cincinnati, OH) to clash with the Silver Knights in a Miami Valley Conference - Scarlet bout on Thursday, October 2.
