January 10, 2023: New Berlin, WI 53146 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the New Berlin West Vikings (New Berlin, WI) and the visiting Badger Badgers (Lake Geneva, WI), saw New Berlin West's basketball squad hold off Badger by a tally of 68-61.
With the victory, New Berlin West improves its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Vikings host Pewaukee (Pewaukee, WI) to confront the Pirates in a Woodland - West challenge on Friday, January 13. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 5-2. Pewaukee won 75-67 in their recent league challenge against Wisconsin Lutheran (Milwaukee, WI)
Next up, the Badgers confront the Westosha Central Falcons (Salem, WI) in a Southern Lakes challenge, on Friday, January 13. Badger will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 8-2 record after their 73-31 league win over Delavan-Darien (Delavan, WI).
