New Jersey High School Basketball - Princeton nips Hamilton
January 10, 2023: Princeton, NJ 08540 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Princeton Tigers (Princeton, NJ) and the visiting Hamilton Hornets (Hamilton, NJ), saw Princeton's basketball squad hold off Hamilton by a count of 44-38.
With the victory, Princeton upgrades its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Steinert (Hamilton, NJ) to play the Spartans in a Colonial Valley challenge on Friday, January 13. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 3-7. Steinert lost 50-36 in their recent league challenge against Lawrence (Lawrenceville, NJ)
Next up, the Hornets play the Northern Burlington Greyhounds (Columbus, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 11. Hamilton will attempt to upgrade on its 10-4 season record. The Greyhounds come into the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 61-58 non-league loss to Doane Academy (Burlington, NJ).
