Ohio High School Basketball - Winton Woods knocked off by La Salle
January 10, 2023: Cincinnati, OH 45239 The La Salle Lancers basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Winton Woods Warriors to 61 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lancers now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Archbishop Moeller for a Greater Catholic - South contest on Friday, January 13. La Salle will battle a Fighting Crusaders team coming off a 57-39 non-league win over Ponitz Career Tech (Dayton, OH). The Fighting Crusaders record now stands at 9-3.
The Warriors (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Milford (Milford, OH). The Eagles enter the Eastern Cincinnati contest with a 5-7 record. In their last contest, Milford was defeated by Western Brown (Mt. Orab, OH), 62-54, in a non-league contest.
