Alabama High School Basketball - Meek overwhelms St. Bernard Prep
January 10, 2023: Arley, AL 35541 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Meek Tigers (Arley, AL) and the visiting St. Bernard Prep Saints (Cullman, AL), saw Meek's basketball squad wallop St. Bernard Prep by a tally of 69-27.
With the victory, Meek improves its record to 13-6 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Winston County (Double Springs, AL) to confront the Yellowjackets in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 12. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a record of 10-8. Winston County won 69-50 in their recent league challenge against Lamar County (Vernon, AL)
Next up, the Saints confront the Sumiton Christian Eagles (Sumiton, AL) in a 1A Area 13 challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. St. Bernard Prep will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record.
