Missouri High School Basketball - Princeton overwhelms Tri-County
January 10, 2023: Jamesport, MO 64648 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Princeton Tigers (Princeton, MO) and the host Tri-County Mustangs (Jamesport, MO), saw Princeton's basketball squad wallop Tri-County by a tally of 70-34.
With the victory, Princeton improves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Tigers host Putnam County (Unionville, MO) to confront the Midgets in a Grand River challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Midgets come into the challenge with a record of 5-4. Putnam County lost 40-38 in their recent league challenge against Milan (Milan, MO)
Next up, the Mustangs confront the Winston Red Birds (Winston, MO) in a HDC challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Tri-County will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Red Birds come into the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 37-32 non-league loss to Stewartsville/Osborn (Stewartsville, MO).
