The Altamonte Christian (Altamonte Springs, FL) varsity basketball team won Tuesday's home conference game against Oasis Christian (Winter Haven, FL) by a score of 58-21.
The Altamonte Christian Eagles basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the visiting Oasis Christian Lions to 21 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host First Baptist Christian Academy for a Florida Independent Christian contest on Thursday, January 12. Altamonte Christian will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 51-41 non-league loss to Florida School for the Deaf & Blind (St. Augustine, FL). The Crusaders record now stands at 4-6.
The Lions (0-12) will now prepare for their contest against All Saints' Academy (Winter Haven, FL). The Saints come into the non-league contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, All Saints' Academy was routed by Indian Rocks Christian (Largo, FL), 52-29, in a non-league contest.
