In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Hancock County Hornets (Lewisport, KY) basketball squad beat the host Butler County Bears (Morgantown, KY), by a margin of 70-55.

The Hornets (8-3) will now prepare for their outing against Owensboro (Owensboro, KY). The Red Devils go into the non-league outing with a 13-5 record. In their last outing, Owensboro defeated Union County (Morganfield, KY), 52-48, in a non-league outing.
