Texas High School Basketball - Thorndale crushes Holland
January 10, 2023: Thorndale, TX 76577 Thorndale Bulldogs (Thorndale, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Holland Hornets (Holland, TX), 63-18 in a league bout.
With the victory, Thorndale upgrades its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Hearne (Hearne, TX) to play the Eagles in a 2A Region IV District 27 bout on Friday, January 13. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 21-8. Hearne won 44-32 in their recent league bout against Thrall (Thrall, TX)
Next up, the Hornets play the Granger Lions (Granger, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 27 bout, on Friday, January 13. Holland will attempt to upgrade on its 3-14 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 2-13 record after their 35-32 league win over Bartlett (Bartlett, TX).
