Iowa High School Basketball - MOC-Floyd Valley knocked off by Le Mars
January 10, 2023: Le Mars, IA 51031 The Le Mars Bulldogs basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen to 58 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sioux City East for a Missouri River contest on Thursday, January 12. Le Mars will meet a Black Raiders team coming off a 70-52 league win over Lincoln (Council Bluffs, IA). The Black Raiders record now stands at 6-0.
The Dutchmen (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Sheldon (Sheldon, IA). The Orabs enter the Siouxland contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, Sheldon was outscored by Hinton (Hinton, IA), 54-21, in a non-league contest.
