January 10, 2023: Sturgis, MI 49091 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Sturgis Trojans (Sturgis, MI) and the visiting White Pigeon Chiefs (White Pigeon, MI), saw Sturgis's basketball squad overcome White Pigeon by a tally of 48-31.
With the victory, Sturgis improves its record to 2-7 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Bronson (Bronson, MI) to confront the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 11. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 7-0. Bronson won 51-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Constantine (Constantine, MI)
Next up, the Chiefs confront the Centreville Bulldogs (Centreville, MI) in a Southwest 10 challenge, on Thursday, January 12. White Pigeon will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record.
