The North Moore Mustangs basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Gray Stone Day Knights to 41 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woods Charter for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 12. North Moore will battle a Wolves team coming off a 72-16 non-league loss to North Moore (Robbins, NC). The Wolves record now stands at 0-3.

Next up, the Knights play the Union Academy Cardinals (Monroe, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 12. Gray Stone Day will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Cardinals go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 55-36 non-league win over Albemarle (Albemarle, NC).
