Massachusetts High School Basketball - Westwood nudges Norton
January 10, 2023: Norton, MA 02766 Westwood Wolverines (Westwood, MA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Norton Lancers (Norton, MA), 43-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Westwood upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Wolverines host Millis (Millis, MA) to clash with the Mohawks in a non-league bout on Friday, January 13. The Mohawks go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Millis won 58-48 in their recent non-league bout against Norwood (Norwood, MA)
Next up, the Lancers clash with the Ashland Clockers (Ashland, MA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 13. Norton will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Clockers go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 42-30 non-league loss to Bellingham (Bellingham, MA).
