The Bishop Canevin Crusaders (Pittsburgh, PA) basketball knocked off the visiting Farrell Steelers (Farrell, PA), 82-68 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Crusaders (5-5) will now prepare for their test against Eden Christian Academy (Pittsburgh, PA). The go into the WPIAL 2A 2 test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Eden Christian Academy notched a victory over Riverview (Oakmont, PA), 87-69, in a non-league test.

The Steelers now own a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Mercer for a non-league test on Friday, January 12. Farrell will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 69-35 non-league win over Kennedy Catholic (Hermitage, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-2.
