California High School Basketball - Bentley ripped by Quarry Lane
January 10, 2024: Dublin, CA 94568 The Quarry Lane Cougars basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Bentley Phoenix to 14 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Cougars now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stockton Christian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 16. Quarry Lane will meet a Eagles team coming off a 44-41 league win over Lodi Academy (Lodi, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 4-7.
The Phoenix (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Redwood Christian (San Lorenzo, CA). The Eagles enter the Bay Counties - East contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Redwood Christian triumphed over College Prep (Oakland, CA), 55-13, in a league contest.
