New Jersey High School Basketball - Park Ridge fells Leonia
January 10, 2024: Leonia, NJ 07605 Park Ridge Owls (Park Ridge, NJ) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Leonia Lions (Leonia, NJ), 63-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Park Ridge upgrades its record to 9-1 on the season. The Owls host Midland Park (Midland Park, NJ) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 12. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 3-7. Midland Park won 39-37 in their recent non-league bout against Harrison (Harrison, NJ)
Next up, the Lions play the Ridgefield Memorial Royals (Ridgefield, NJ) in a North Jersey - Liberty bout, on Friday, January 12. Leonia will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Royals go into the bout with a 1-8 record after their 23-19 non-league loss to St. Mary (Rutherford, NJ).
