Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Taylor Allderdice trounces Steel Valley
January 10, 2024: Munhall, PA 15120 The Taylor Allderdice Dragons (Pittsburgh, PA) basketball crushed the host Steel Valley Ironmen (Munhall, PA), 86-19 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Dragons (5-7) will now prepare for their test against Westinghouse (Pittsburgh, PA). The Bulldogs go into the Pittsburgh City test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Westinghouse walloped Brashear (Pittsburgh, PA), 30-26, in a league test.
The Ironmen now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they host Springdale for a WPIAL 2A 3 test on Wednesday, January 17. Steel Valley will encounter a Dynamos squad coming off a 64-16 league loss to Greensburg Central Catholic (Greensburg, PA). The Dynamos record now stands at 3-8.
