California High School Basketball - Novato crushes Sonoma Academy
January 10, 2024: Santa Rosa, CA 95404 Novato Hornets (Novato, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Sonoma Academy Coyotes (Santa Rosa, CA), 41-13 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Novato upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Hornets host Tamalpais (Mill Valley, CA) to play the Red Tailed Hawks in a bout on Friday, January 12. The Red Tailed Hawks go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Tamalpais lost 45-11 in their recent league bout against San Marin (Novato, CA)
Next up, the Coyotes play the San Rafael Bulldogs (San Rafael, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 18. Sonoma Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record.
