In Friday's league contest, the visiting Twin Loup Wolves basketball team scored a good 65-56 win over the Ansley/Litchfield Spartans.

The Wolves (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Pleasanton (Pleasanton, NE). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Pleasanton dropped by Silver Lake (Roseland, NE), 50-49, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Spartans battle the Shelton Bulldogs (Shelton, NE) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 17. Ansley/Litchfield will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record.
