The Portola Tigers bounced the host CORE Butte Lynx basketball squad by a final score of 77-34 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Williams Yellowjackets (Williams, CA) in a Mid-Valley outing, on Tuesday, January 14. Portola will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the outing with a 4-8 record after their 45-33 non-league win over Willows (Willows, CA).
