January 10, 2025: Detroit, MI 48202 University Prep Panthers (Detroit, MI) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Michigan Collegiate Cougars (Warren, MI), 60-47 in a non-league match.
With the victory, University Prep advances its record to 10-3 on the year. The Panthers travel to Lincoln-King Academy (Detroit, MI) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 14. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 7-6. Lincoln-King Academy lost 53-38 in their recent non-league match against Rogers (Toledo, OH)
The Cougars now own a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Summit Academy for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 14.
