The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Westminster Christian Warriors (Miami, FL) and the host Miramar Patriots (Miramar, FL), observed Westminster Christian's basketball team edge Miramar by a score of 71-64.

The Warriors (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Northeast (Oakland Park, FL). The Hurricanes come into the non-league challenge with a 3-10 record. In their last challenge, Northeast was tipped by Cooper City (Cooper City, FL), 63-56, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Patriots battle the Norland Vikings (Miami, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Miramar will attempt to improve on its 12-5 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 54-42 non-league loss to Hialeah Educational Academy (Hialeah, FL).
