January 10, 2025: Washington, KS 66968 Centralia Panthers (Centralia, KS) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Washington County Tigers (Washington, KS), 61-34 in a league match.
With the victory, Centralia advances its record to 7-0 on the year. The Panthers host Doniphan West (Highland, KS) to face the Mustangs in a Twin Valley match on Tuesday, February 4. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 7-1.
The Tigers now own a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley Heights for a Twin Valley match on Tuesday, January 14. Washington County will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 51-38 league loss to Doniphan West (Highland, KS). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-3.
