Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Governor Mifflin fells Cocalico
January 10, 2025: Denver, PA 17517 The Governor Mifflin Mustangs basketball team scored 51 points and limited the host Cocalico Eagles to 43 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Mustangs now possess a 5-4 record. They play next when they host Exeter Township for a Berks County 1 game on Monday, January 13. Governor Mifflin will confront a Eagles team coming off a 49-27 league loss to Berks Catholic (Reading, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-5.
With the loss, Cocalico falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Solanco (Quarryville, PA) to confront the Golden Mules in a Lancaster-Lebanon 2 game on Tuesday, January 14. The Golden Mules go into the game with a record of 1-6. Solanco lost 48-28 in their recent league game against Ephrata (Ephrata, PA)
