The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Hoehne Farmers (Hoehne, CO) and the visiting Crowley County Chargers (Ordway, CO), observed Hoehne's basketball team overwhelm Crowley County by a score of 61-22.

The Farmers (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against McClave (McClave, CO). The Cardinals come into the non-league challenge with a 6-0 record. In their last challenge, McClave trounced Springfield (Springfield, CO), 58-13, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Chargers encounter the Rocky Ford Meloneers (Rocky Ford, CO) in a 3A/2A Santa Fe challenge, on Saturday, January 11. Crowley County will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record.
