North Dakota High School Basketball - Watford City nips Four Winds/Minnewaukan
January 10, 2025: Watford City, ND 58854 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Watford City Wolves basketball team scored a close 49-43 win over the Four Winds/Minnewaukan Indians.
The Wolves (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Devils Lake (Devils Lake, ND). The Firebirds come into the non-league contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Devils Lake edged Valley City (Valley City, ND), 66-64, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Indians battle the Beulah Goldiggers (Beulah, ND) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 11. Four Winds/Minnewaukan will attempt to better on its 1-8 season record. The Goldiggers come into the contest with a 1-7 record after their 59-29 non-league loss to Bottineau (Bottineau, ND).
