The Homer-Center Wildcats (Homer City, PA) basketball crushed the host Ligonier Valley Rams (Ligonier, PA), 49-16 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Portage for a Heritage bout on Monday, January 13. Homer-Center will play a Mustangs team coming off a 68-26 league loss to Penns Manor (Clymer, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-5.

With the loss, Ligonier Valley falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Rams travel to South Allegheny (McKeesport, PA) to play the Gladiators in a WPIAL 3A 2 bout on Monday, January 13.
