January 10, 2025: Marrero, LA 70072 Archbishop Shaw Eagles (Marrero, LA) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy Bulldogs (New Orleans, LA), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Archbishop Shaw advances its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Young Audiences (Gretna, LA) to clash with the Yacs in a test on Tuesday, January 14. The Yacs come into the test with a record of 7-3. Young Audiences won 5-3 in their recent league test against De La Salle (New Orleans, LA)
The Bulldogs now have a 7-9 record. They take the field next when they host Belle Chasse for a Division II District 7 test on Tuesday, January 14.
