New Mexico High School Basketball - Portales fells Moriarty
January 11, 2022: Portales, NM 88130 Portales Rams (Portales, NM) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM), 62-47 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Portales upgrades its record to 6-8 on the season. The Rams travel to Clovis (Clovis, NM) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 12. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 2-13. Clovis lost 65-28 in their recent non-league bout against Randall (Amarillo, TX)
Next up, the Pintos clash with the Socorro Warriors (Socorro, NM) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 18. Moriarty will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record.
