Illinois High School Basketball - Oak Lawn crushes Bremen
January 11, 2022: Midlothian, IL 60445 Oak Lawn Spartans (Oak Lawn, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Bremen Braves (Midlothian, IL), 54-22 in a league bout.
With the win, Oak Lawn upgrades its record to 13-5 on the season. The Spartans host Evergreen Park (Evergreen Park, IL) to play the Mustangs in a South Suburban - Red bout on Thursday, January 13. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 5-8. Evergreen Park lost 52-39 in their recent league bout against Hillcrest (Country Club Hills, IL)
Next up, the Braves play the Thornton Fractional North Meteors (Calumet City, IL) in a South Suburban - Blue bout, on Thursday, January 13. Bremen will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record. The Meteors go into the bout with a 1-16 record after their 56-28 league loss to Argo (Summit, IL).
