Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Central York tops Hershey
January 11, 2023: York, PA 17404 Central York Panthers (York, PA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Hershey Trojans (Hershey, PA), 79-60 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Central York upgrades its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Northeastern (Manchester, PA) to play the Bobcats in a York-Adams 1 bout on Friday, January 13. The Bobcats come into the bout with a record of 3-8. Northeastern won 63-52 in their recent league bout against Dallastown (Dallastown, PA)
Next up, the Trojans play the Palmyra Cougars (Palmyra, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Keystone bout, on Friday, January 13. Hershey will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Cougars come into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 63-54 league loss to Mechanicsburg (Mechanicsburg, PA).
