January 11, 2023: Karns City, PA 16041 The Karns City Gremlins (Karns City, PA) basketball crushed the visiting East Forest/West Forest Fires (Tionesta, PA), 90-17 in Wednesday's league test.
The Gremlins (8-2) will now prepare for their test against Allegheny-Clarion Valley (Foxburg, PA). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 6-7 record. In their last test, Allegheny-Clarion Valley was trounced by Redbank Valley (New Bethlehem, PA), 65-56, in a non-league test.
The Fires now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Clarion-Limestone for a non-league test on Thursday, January 19. East Forest/West Forest will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 63-38 non-league win over West Shamokin (Rural Valley, PA). The Lions record now stands at 13-1.
